Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

2027 Twisted Cat Outdoors Fishing Expo

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms apply to every company that requests exhibit space at the 2027 Twisted Cat Outdoors Fishing Expo ("the Expo"), February 19-20, 2027, at the Renasant Convention Center in Memphis, Tennessee. The Expo is produced by Twisted Cat Outdoors ("TCO"). By checking "I agree" when requesting a booth, the exhibitor accepts these terms.

1. Booth Requests and Approval

Submitting a booth request does not guarantee space. TCO reviews every request and may approve or decline any request at its discretion. Requested booths are held until TCO makes a decision. A contract between TCO and the exhibitor is formed once TCO approves the request and sends an invoice.

2. Pricing

Booth pricing is based on total square footage, with multi-booth discounts and a $100 fee per corner included in the invoice total. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

3. Payment Schedule

A deposit of at least 50% of the invoice total, or payment in full, is due within 7 days of approval. The remaining balance is due by December 1, 2026. Booths approved after December 1, 2026 must be paid in full within 7 days of approval.

4. Payment Methods

Exhibitors may pay by credit card through the Exhibitor Portal or by check payable to Twisted Cat Outdoors, mailed to 705 N 4th St, Warsaw, IL 62379. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. Check payments have no processing fee, so exhibitors paying by check should disregard the card fee shown on their invoice and pay only the booth cost. Deposit checks must be postmarked within 7 days of approval, and the exhibitor must email TCO the day the check is mailed. Balance checks must arrive by December 1, 2026. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

5. Late or Missed Payments

If the deposit is not received within 7 days of approval, or the balance is not received by December 1, 2026, TCO may cancel the reservation and release the booth to another exhibitor. Any payments already made may be kept as described in Section 6. Exhibitors with an unpaid balance will not be allowed to set up.

6. Cancellation by Exhibitor

Cancellations must be sent to TCO in writing at twistedcatoutdoors@gmail.com.

  • On or before December 1, 2026: the deposit (50% of the invoice total) is non-refundable. Any amount paid beyond the deposit is refunded.
  • After December 1, 2026: no refunds.

7. Booth Assignment and Changes

TCO will make every effort to keep exhibitors in the booth(s) they requested, but reserves the right to relocate a booth or change the floor plan if needed for venue, safety or show reasons. Exhibitors may not share, sublet or assign their booth to another company without TCO's written approval.

8. Booth Use and Conduct

Exhibitors must stay within their booth space, keep aisles clear and follow all Renasant Convention Center rules and fire codes. Displays, sound and demonstrations may not disturb neighboring exhibitors. TCO may ask that any display, product or conduct it considers unsafe or inappropriate be removed.

9. Move-In, Show Hours and Move-Out

Exhibitors must set up during the posted move-in hours, staff the booth during all show hours, and not tear down before the show closes on February 20, 2027. Move-in, show and move-out times will be sent to exhibitors before the show.

10. Exhibitor Badges

Each 100 sq ft of booth space includes 2 exhibitor badges and 2 wristbands. Additional badges are $5 each and can be purchased through the Exhibitor Portal. Booth staff must wear their badge and wristband at all times during move-in, show hours and move-out.

11. Sales and Permits

Exhibitors are responsible for any sales tax, licenses or permits required to sell products at the Expo, and for following all federal, state and local laws.

12. Liability and Insurance

Exhibitors are responsible for their own displays, products and property, and for any injury or damage caused by their staff or displays. Exhibitors agree to hold harmless TCO, the Expo's sponsors and the Renasant Convention Center from claims arising from the exhibitor's participation. TCO is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to exhibitor property. Exhibitors are encouraged to carry general liability insurance.

13. Event Cancellation

If the Expo is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond TCO's control, including weather, natural disasters, venue issues or government orders, whether exhibitors receive a refund or a credit toward a future TCO Expo is at the discretion of Twisted Cat Outdoors.

14. Photography and Promotion

TCO may photograph and record the Expo, including exhibitor booths, and use those images to promote future events. Exhibitors allow TCO to use their company name and logo in Expo promotion.

15. Changes to These Terms

TCO may update these terms. Exhibitors will be notified of any material changes by email.
