  • 10’ x 1'0’ - $500

  • All booths must be paid in full by February 19th prior to booth setup.

    Vendors with unpaid booths will not be allowed to set up.

  • Each 100 sqft of booth space receives:

    • 2 Exhibitor Badges

    • 2 Wristbands

    Additional badges may be purchased for $5 each. Available Thursday during setup, or let us know in advance and we will add them to your booth invoice.

  • Setup:

    Thursday, February 20, 2026
    8:00 AM - 10:00 PM

    Load-in times will be scheduled individually based on booth location and setup requirements. Liz Nagy will contact each vendor to coordinate a specific unload time.

    Event staff will be available to assist with unloading displays and products.

    Teardown:

    Booths may not be dismantled before 6:00 PM on Saturday.

    Early teardown is not permitted.

  • How to Order Services

    1. Visit the Renasant Convention Center website

    2. Select “Exhibit at an Event” → “Order Services Online”

    3. Choose “Exhibitor Store” and select the appropriate event

    4. Select desired services and quantities

    5. First-time users must create an account before checkout

    Payment is due at the time of ordering. Advance pricing applies only if orders are placed at least 10 days prior to exhibitor move-in.

    Please note that tents/canopies are strictly prohibited in the convention center due to fire marshal code.
