Booth Pricing

Every booth is 10x10 (100 sq ft). The more space you book, the more you save. Corner booths add $100 per corner.

What's Included

Every 100 sq ft includes 2 exhibitor badges and 2 wristbands. Need more? Additional badges are $5 each.

Payment Terms

50% deposit (or pay in full) within 7 days of approval. Remaining balance due December 1, 2026.

Card or Check

Pay by card in your Exhibitor Portal (3% processing fee), or mail a check with no fee. See the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions for details.

FAQ

Payments

A 50% deposit (or payment in full) is due within 7 days of approval. The remaining balance is due by December 1, 2026. Booths with an unpaid deposit after 7 days, or an unpaid balance after December 1, may be released to another exhibitor.

By card: pay in your Exhibitor Portal. Card payments include a 3% processing fee, shown on your invoice.

By check: no processing fee. Disregard the card fee on your invoice and pay only the booth cost (or 50% of the booth cost for your deposit). Make checks payable to Twisted Cat Outdoors and mail to 705 N 4th St, Warsaw, IL 62379.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be sent in writing to twistedcatoutdoors@gmail.com.

  • On or before December 1, 2026: the deposit is non-refundable. Any amount paid beyond the deposit is refunded.
  • After December 1, 2026: no refunds.
Badges & Wristbands

Every 100 sq ft of booth space includes:

  • 2 exhibitor badges
  • 2 wristbands

Additional badges are $5 each. You can buy them when you reserve your booth, in your Exhibitor Portal, or during event setup.

Setup / Teardown

Setup: Thursday, February 18, 2027, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Load-in times are scheduled individually based on booth location and setup needs. Liz Nagy will contact each vendor to schedule a specific unload time. Event staff will be available to help unload displays and products.

Teardown: Booths may not be taken down before 6:00 PM on Saturday, February 20, 2027. Early teardown is not permitted.

Electric / Wi-Fi

Electric and Wi-Fi are ordered directly through the Renasant Convention Center.

  1. Go to the Renasant Convention Center's Order Services Online page.
  2. Choose "Exhibitor Store" and select the Twisted Cat Outdoors Fishing Expo.
  3. Select your services and quantities.
  4. First-time users must create an account before checkout.

Payment is due at the time of ordering. Advance pricing only applies to orders placed by February 8, 2027 (10 days before move-in).

Please note: tents and canopies are strictly prohibited in the convention center per fire marshal code.
